System Functions
X-ray diffractometers can analyze substances non-destructively, while they are exposed to the atmosphere. Such instruments can perform qualitative analysis of substances, determine grid patterns, and measure stress. Additionally, quantitative analysis can be performed from peak area calculations. Further, from the peak angle broadening and the profile, a variety of analyses can be performed including the particle system, crystallization level, and detailed X-ray structural analyses.
